BEGINNER
JUNE & JULY
Ages 5-7 Tuesdays 4:00-4:50
Ages 8-18 Thursdays 4:00-4:50
Athletes will focus on basic coordination, body shapes and movement, enabling them to excel as they progress. Class will involve stretching, conditioning, and drills for skills including rolls, cartwheels, handstands, as well as basic limbering skills.
LEVEL 1
JUNE & JULY
Ages 6-18 Thursdays 6:00-6:50
Designed to perfect foundational skills including front and back walkovers, back extension rolls, round offs and connecting skills. Class involves stretching, intense conditioning, and progressive drills.
Athletes must be able to independently perform a backbend from standing that can kick over or stand up before participating.
LEVEL 2
JUNE & JULY
Ages 6-18 Tuesdays 5:00 - 5:50
For athletes to build confidence as they learn and master a back handspring and level 2 tumbling passes. Class involves stretching, intense conditioning, and progressive drills.
Athletes must be able to independently perform forward and backward walkovers before participating.
