BEGINNER

Designed to teach fundamentals of coordination, shapes and movement through stretching, conditioning, and drills for rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and basic limbering skills used in acro and tumbling. ​
​​
No experience necessary! Class will be split by age.
LEVEL 1
Ages 6+ | 1:30-2:30
Sundays February 1 - April 26

Working on foundational skills including walkovers, back extension rolls, round offs and connecting skills in a series. Class involves stretching, intense conditioning, and progressive drills.

**Athletes must be able to independently perform beginner skills and do a bridge**
LEVEL 2
Ages 6+ | 1:30-2:30
Sundays February 1 - April 26

Build confidence as athletes learn and master a back handspring, plus acro and tumbling passes that include it. Class will involve stretching, intense conditioning, and difficult progressive drills. ​
​
**Athletes must be able to independently perform front and back walkovers**
