Service Description

Ages 7-18 | 6:45 - 7:15 PM Tuesdays June 23 - July 28 Looking to get stronger, more flexible, and stay active this summer? This 6-week class is designed to help athletes build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall athletic performance. Through targeted conditioning and flexibility training, athletes will develop the strength, control, and range of motion needed to support tumbling, cheer, and all other athletic goals. Whether paired with tumblinc class, open cheer or taken on its own, it’s the perfect way to keep moving and progressing all summer long. Come train, stretch, and feel stronger every week! Space is limited. Please contact us if you are interested in registering after the start date.


Cancellation Policy

Payments made towards classes and clinics can be refunded if they are cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Payment are non-refundable within 48 hours. To cancel or reschedule a private lesson, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hour notice will result in being billed for the entire $30 to cover cost of labor and space rental.
