Service Description

Sundays 2:30-3:30 (ages 6 & up) Session starts September 17, 2023 Athletes who have mastered ALL the skills listed for the Beginner class will work on the following skills in Level 1:  Front limber Bridge kickover Back walkover Front walkover  Running roundoff rebound Hurdle roundoff rebound (Power Hurdle and Two Step) Back extension roll Back Handspring drills  ​ ​ ​
